2005–2021 — United States
During the global financial crisis, Evelyn Bernet specialized in evaluating, optimizing, and selling foreclosed and bank-owned (REO) properties on behalf of financial institutions in the United States.
2020-2024 — International Markets
International activities included advising major real estate companies in Asia and pursuing new property investment opportunities in Northern Cyprus.
